Proof of Age Required: We
ask that you comply with age requirements. Ages are set
to ensure that everyone is on the same skill level. It is
our intention to provide an assortment of classes with age
appropriate instruction designed for the age it is being

and generous tastings of menu items prepared.
Class size is limited so early registration is recommended.
Menus are subject to change at the chef’s discretion due
to availability of ingredients.

be contacted for confirmation purposes, or in the event

Payment Policy: Cooking class reservations will be held
with a current credit card. Charges to credit card will
be processed 72 hours before class starts. To avoid being
charged the full price of the class, cancellations must
be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Registration is your commitment that you will attend class.
Registration is transferable, substitutions are welcome
if registrant is unable to attend. Full refund will be given
if participants cancel 7 days before the class is scheduled.
A credit for a future class will be given if cancellation
is 3-7 days before the class is scheduled. No refunds or
class credits will be given if cancellation is received
less than 72 hours before the class is scheduled as groceries
and instructor arrangements have been confirmed by this
Early arrival is encouraged. A maximum of 6 seats are available
at each table. There is no guarantee that you will be seated
with a certain party, all participants are allowed equal
opportunity at seating. Late arrivals will be seated at
available spaces. Cell phone use is discouraged. There is
sufficient time allowed for conversation, courtesy of the
instructor and class participants is expected.
NOTE: A minimum number
of participants are required to validate continuation of
a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to unfavorable
weather conditions, unusual circumstances or minimum number
of registrants has not been satisfied. We regret any inconvenience
this may cause, timely registration is appreciated.

Private Class Policy:
Consider a private cooking class for your next office party,
social or club meeting, birthday or shower or private group
function. Pricing is determined on an individual basis and
a minimum number of participants are required. Classes are
tailored accordingly and instructors are determined by availability.
A final count is needed one week before the scheduled event.
